We manufacture and supply concrete reinforcing steel bent and cut rebar, reinforcement mesh, builders hardware, barchairs, mesh and column spacers and a wide variety of hardware and accessory items for concreters, builders and DIY enthusiasts.

Neumann Steel is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Neumann Group. Neumann Steel introduced Ribwire and Ribmesh to the Australian market, a concept still used today.

Today we still manufacture concrete reinforcing steel (bar and mesh); however we also run an injection moulding facility and a precision engineering plant. We have seven Service Centres based in Queensland and New South Wales for retail and trade sales and distribution. Each of these Service Centres has a building products division attached for our customers’ convenience.

Our customers range from large government agencies and international property developers right through to the smallest concreter. Our highly experienced team use their vast industry knowledge to provide all our customers with all the specialised support and assistance they require, ensuring the job gets done with minimum fuss.
